You will receive the item that you choose, with the size and colour/pattern that you choose from the items options.
If you wish to exchange the size or colour, please have a look at our Return and Exchange Policy.
When you have finished checking out with the payment method that you chose, a digital receipt will be sent to your registered email. Your order will also be sent to our team to be processed accordingly.
If you just purchased an item and and received a different item, contact us at customercare@touppaofficial.com immediately to arrange an exchange or return. If the item is eligible for return/exchange, the process will be fairly easy, our customer service will guide you through it.
