All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be return for any excuses.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Returns & Refunds

Touppa will accept product returns of full price merchandise at maximum 7 days after your order has arrived.
All online orders must be returned to Touppa by post. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Touppa is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

All returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography shoots, social media, or commercially. Return approval is at the discretion of Touppa and we reserve the right to deny on a suspicious use. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@touppaofficial.com and send your item to: TOUPPA Official at Marina Mediterania Residence Unit D/25/AF, Jl. Lodan Raya No. 2A Ancol Barat, Jakarta Utara.

Handling Fee

A return posting fee will incur as well as processing & handling fee of Rp20K that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: TOUPPA Official at Marina Mediterania Residence Unit D/25/AF, Jl. Lodan Raya No. 2A Ancol Barat, Jakarta Utara

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
